Shipping Charges

For order shipping globally, we provide complimentary shipping for purchases above USD$250 via express international courier. Shipping will usually take approximately 3-8 working days.

For order shipping to Singapore, we provide complimentary shipping for purchase above SGD$200 via express international courier. Shipping will usually take approximately 3-4 working days.

For shipping within Malaysia, we provide complimentary shipping for purchase above RM500 via express courier. Shipping will usually take approximately 2-3 working days.

For purchase below USD$250, SGD$200 or RM500, we charge a flat rate shipping fee listed on the checkout page.

Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the costs would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
